WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
A structured half-day session focused on performance, recovery, and resilience through training, breathwork, and recovery methods
- Education and discussion session (indoor auditorium)
- Guided breathwork training (Gym space for breathwork training session)
- Track-based interval training (200m & 400m, self-paced intensity on outdoor track)
- Guided breathwork recovery between efforts
- Pre-workout performance / recovery with optional cold immersion (changing rooms available)
- Direct access to coaches and speakers throughout the event
- Snack Break Station: BYO trail mix and a free bottled water
