A structured half-day session focused on performance, recovery, and resilience through training, breathwork, and recovery methods

  • Education and discussion session (indoor auditorium)
  • Guided breathwork training (Gym space for breathwork training session)
  • Track-based interval training (200m & 400m, self-paced intensity on outdoor track)
  • Guided breathwork recovery between efforts
  • Pre-workout performance / recovery with optional cold immersion (changing rooms available)
  • Direct access to coaches and speakers throughout the event
  • Snack Break Station: BYO trail mix and a free bottled water
